• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure ALL appointments.
• The deposit amount depends on the service and will be shown when you proceed to payment.
• Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

• A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours will result in a 50% CANCELLATION FEE.
• Same Day Cancellations will be CHARGED 50% fee from service.
• If you reschedule with 24-hour notice, your deposit can be used to book another appointment within the same month.

• Please arrive on time! A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
• After 15 minutes = 100kr fee added.
• After 30 minutes = appointment CANCELLED.
• If there is no communication (no calls or text), your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be lost.

• If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, a 50% FEE WILL APPLY.
• No-shows will be RESTRICTED from booking future appointments.
• No refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the service received, please contact me within 24-48 hours.
• After that, no further actions will be taken.

• Make sure to arrive with your hair fully washed, clean, and blow dried.
• Please make sure your hair is at least 4 inches all round. If you are unsure, please send me a picture via DM.
• Braiding hair is provided in Color 1, 1b, 2 & 4. For other colors & color mix, please specify when booking or message me with your desired color.
• For French Curls & Locs provided by me, these must be booked 14 days prior to your appointment.
• Please arrive with little to no products in your hair (oils, conditioners, etc.) to prevent flaking. If you prefer no gel or wax to be used on your hair, kindly select this option when booking.

• No guests or plus ones allowed.
• Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes (NO MASCARA, GLUE, OIL).
• Avoid caffeine before your appointment.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to book all Lash appointments.
• If less than 50% remain or if you arrive with lashes from another technician, you'll be charged for a full set.
• For foreign work, please book a removal and a full set.
• Infills should be booked every 2-3 weeks. After 2 infills a removal and full set must be booked.
• A patch test is recommended 48 hours before for new clients or those with allergies.

Monthly Slots

Appointment slots are released on the 15th of each month. If you would like to book in advance, please contact me directly.

Same-Day

Same-day appointments may be available and a small fee may apply.
